You can download data from our website in tab or comma-delimited
format as a Data File. When using a mail fulfillment company mailing lists will be sent
in tab-delimited format. Please note that when you download ADBASE data in combination
with My Contacts data your lists will not be deduped.
To submit a correction click Submit Correction at the top of
the Database page. Our Researchers verify all corrections before they are incorporated
into our databases.
This means that the specific person at the company does not want to
receive emails. Therefore, to save you from wasting time, we have removed their email
address from the list.
A lead agency produces the basic ideas and concepts for an
advertisement campaign. These concepts are later passed to non-lead agencies that
customize the advertisements for certain demographics or specific market services, such
as direct marketing. For example: Coca Cola might hire a full-service advertising
agency as a lead agency for their print and television campaign. A non-lead agency
would then take the ideas, plans and concepts of the campaign and customize everything
for Spanish speaking audiences.
Technically, this is possible by downloading a data file from our
website and importing that into your database (see your software manual for further
instructions on importing). We suggest that you consider very carefully whether or not
you really want to do this. There are two main issues that arise when our data is
imported into another program, particularly if it is merged with another database.
First, if you choose not to renew your subscription when it expires and continue to use
the merged database you will be in violation of our license agreement. Second, and more
practically, once you import the data there is no efficient way to keep it up-to-date.
You cannot re-import the data in the future without creating many duplicates and
keeping old deleted contacts. To avoid this, we suggest that you keep a separate
database with your "hot" sales contacts, and use ADBASE as your "cold" database for
executing your mailings.
You can manage your own private sales
contacts on the ADBASE website with ADBASE Contact Manager. You can browse, review and
edit the data then output these contacts to labels or your mail fulfillment company the
same way as, and along with, your ADBASE custom lists. By using ADBASE Contact Manager
you need only keep your own private database up-to-date and you avoid any potential
licensing issues.
Yes. By outputting a custom list as a data file to your computer you
can then import it into Filemaker. For further instructions on importing a data file

Yes. If your mobile device is capable of importing files in tab or
comma-delimited format then you will be able to transfer ADBASE data to your mobile
