This problem is normally found with the PC version of Internet Explorer. The problem lies in how the Adobe Reader acts as a plug-in for your browser. For some reason, this does not work properly with some versions of Internet Explorer.
You have two options to get around this problem. Either you can
Download Microsoft Internet Explorer or you can turn off Web Browser Integration in the Adobe Reader. To do this, start the Adobe Reader using an icon on your desktop, Apple dock or Start menu. In the Adobe Reader, from the Edit menu, select
Preferences, then
Internet. On the right side of the window, uncheck
Display PDF in Browser and click OK. Next, close the Acrobat Reader and any browser windows that may be open. Finally, return to ADBASE and try downloading your labels again. This time you will be prompted to save your labels to your desktop.
Once you've disabled web browser integration you can open your labels directly in Adobe Reader by double-clicking the file. If you don’t see the Display PDF in Browser option, you may be using an older version of Adobe Reader. To upgrade to the latest version, please visit
Download
