Manage Groups / Step 1: Create a New Group

To create a new group for your contacts, click the MyContacts tab, then click Manage Groups in the top menu.

To the right of the Manage Groups page, click Create a New Group.

In the text field, enter a name for the group, then click Create to save your group.

Your new group will appear on the Manage Groups page.

Manage Groups / Step 2: Add Contacts to Groups

To add contacts to your group(s), click View Contacts in the top menu. A list of your contacts will appear.

To add contacts to your group(s), place a check in the box to the left of the contact(s), then from the drop down box, select Add to Groups.

If you would like to add your contact(s) to a new group, select Add to a new group, provide a name for the new group, then click Save. To add your contact to existing groups, select the option Add to existing groups, select the group(s) you would like to add the contact(s) to from the drop down box, then click Save.

Manage Groups / Step 3: Remove Contacts from Groups

To remove contacts from your group(s), click View Contacts in the top menu. A list of your contacts will appear.

To remove contacts from your group(s), place a check in the box to the left of the contact(s), then from the drop down box, select Remove from Groups.

To remove your contact from one or more groups, select the group(s) from the drop down box, then click Save.

You will then receive a confirmation indicating that your contact(s) were removed from the selected groups.

Manage Groups / Step 4: Rename Groups

Click Manage Groups in the top menu. A list of your groups will appear.

To rename a group, click Rename under the Action column to the right of the group name.

Edit the name of your group in the Group Name text box, then click Save to apply your changes.

Manage Groups / Step 5: Delete Groups

Click Manage Groups in the top menu. A list of your groups will appear.

To delete a single group, click Delete under the Action column to the right of the group name.

To delete multiple groups, place a check in the box to the left of the group(s) you want to delete, then from the drop down box, select Delete Groups. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the group(s). Note: Deleting a group does not delete the contacts from Contact Manager.
