Add Multiple Contacts / Step 1

This page provides instructions for you to manually add multiple contacts at a single company to Contact Manager. Note that Contact Manager will not indicate if you are inserting a contact that already exists. You will need to manually remove any duplicated contacts.

To add multiple contacts at the same company, click the Contact Manager tab.

Click Add Contacts in the top menu.

Select the option to add Multiple Contacts at a Single Company.

Add Multiple Contacts / Step 2: Input Contact Details

Enter the details for the contact(s). Note that Company Name and Last Name are mandatory; all other fields are optional.

Add Multiple Contacts / Step 3: Add Contacts to a Group

Select the group(s) you would like to add your contact to, then click Add.

You will then receive a confirmation indicating that your contact(s) were added to Contact Manager.
