React / Step 1: Create Response List
Now that you have sent your Email Campaign and viewed the results, you may want to build a list of those who responded - or didn't - from our database. This will allow you to rapidly follow-up with your hottest leads.
From the ADBASE Home page, click the Database tab, then click Create List.

Select Custom List as the list type.

React / Step 2: Choose Market Group
Next, select All North America as the Market Group.

React / Step 3: Save List
Once you chosen a name for your list, click Create List.

React / Step 4: Select List Options
When your list appears, click Edit Options.

Within the List Options page, scroll down to Hiring Frequency. Select Frequently and Occasionally for all hiring frequencies.

At the top of the page, click the Emailer Response tab.

Here you can make the following selections for building your Emailer Response list:
- Don't use Emailer response information.
- Include only those who Responded to your email campaigns. Include contacts who Clicked-Through a link in your email, Opened your email, or Opened but Didn't Click-Through your email.
- Include only those who Didn't Respond to your email campaigns. You may include contacts who Didn't Click-Through, Didn't Open, or Didn't Receive your email.
- Include All Recipients of your email campaigns.
You may also select responses from Any Email Campaign or select Specific Email Campaigns from a list.

React / Step 5: Save Response List
Once you have made your selections, click Save to create your list.

You may then output your Response Information in any format. Create mailing labels, telephone follow-up sheets, data sheets, or send directly to your mail fulfillment company. You can even use your new list within Emailer to send a follow-up Email Campaign.
