Track / Step 1: View Pending Campaigns

Once you have successfully sent your Email Campaign, you will want to track the results. If your Email Campaign has not completed sending, it will appear in Pending status. Click Pending to view the Email Campaigns that are currently being sent.

Next to each of your pending Email Campaigns, you will see the percentage of emails sent. Click the name of your campaign to see the Response Summary. The Response Summary results are automatically updated every 300 seconds.

Track / Step 2: Email Throttling

Emailer utilizes throttling technology. Throttling slows down the sending of your Email Campaign but increases the chances for successful delivery. Although it may appear at times that your Email Campaign has stopped sending, or is sending very slowly, Emailer is sending in intervals to decrease the risk that your emails are identified as spam. An Email Campaign will not move to your Sent folder until all emails have been delivered.

Track / Step 3: View Sent Campaigns

Once your emails have been successfully delivered, they will move to your Sent folder. Click Sent to view your Sent Email Campaigns and statistics.

Next, click on the name of the Email Campaign you would like to view. Statistics associated with your Email Campaign are displayed on this page. Note that email statistics will change as response data is received. Remember that additional recipients may still open and/or click on your Email Campaign.

On this page you can:

Over time, contacts will leave the companies they were at originally and/or may be promoted. These changes will be indicated in the list of contacts.

Track / Step 4: Response Summary

Click the Response tab to view the Response Summary. This is a summary of the results of your Email Campaign. Click on each group to view a list of those contacts.

The funnel shows how many of the Sent emails were Opened and Clicked on. Click-throughs are expressed as a percentage of the Opened emails.

Track / Step 5: Click-Through Summary

Click the Click-Throughs tab to view the Click-Throughs Summary. This is a summary of the click-throughs of your Email Campaign. Click on each group to view a list of those contacts.

Track / Step 6: Recipient Lists

Click the Recipient Lists tab to view the lists that were sent your Email Campaign. Click any list to view the contacts contained within that list.
